2010 Lincoln Town Car Executive L
by Joshua on 8/28/2025 1:42:59 PM
I had purchased my 2010 Lincoln Town car 4 years ago from a limousine company I worked for fast forward 4 years I’m at 650,000 miles idle hours included putting 100,000 miles on myself as a 3rd owner this car is incredible never in my life have I seen a car go that many miles I just recently had my 1st Transmission Rebuilt about a 18,000 miles ago this is such an underrated car took it on the freeway cruising around 60-65mph I was avg around 26-26.5mpg. Some repairs worth noting in my last 100,000 miles of owning are list below Water Pumps Engine air fan assembly and switch AC Compressor AC Blower Motor Tuneup Suspension front and rear not including air ride which is still going strong after 100k Rear axle replaced Front wheel hub PCM Module Thermostat - 5.0
Most reliable Car I’ve ever owned
by Joshua on 3/4/2025 10:18:28 PM
I was very surprised by this car being a Japanese car lover more than American I never thought I would ever say this is the best American Car to own. Ride is plush smooth and responsive reliable maintenance is about average anywhere from $500.00-$1000.00 for moderate maintenance $50-$300 for minor maintenance I purchased my 2010 Lincoln Town Car 4 years ago with 374,000 miles now I’m at 471,300 miles I’m just barely looking at valve guides going out but with the age of the engine and the amount of idle hours which is 5,970 idle hours it puts the engine true miles past 650,000 miles so I’ll end up dropping a remanufactured engine into and keep this car another 600,000 miles for my future kids. Today you don’t hear cars going anywhere near a half a million miles cars are made cheap and to break I’ve put some money into her but that’s to be expected with this many miles but I’d highly recommend buy any Lincoln town car from 2007-2011 these were the best years and the long wheel base will last twice as long due to being built with heavy duty parts
